Ashley Haynes
Relocation Specialist

Ashley brings a diverse background in information technology, psychology, long-term care, retail, and finance. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, expected to be completed in 2026, and blends academic insight with real-world experience to support individuals with disabilities.

Diagnosed with autism in adulthood, Ashley has a personal understanding of what it’s like to navigate the world feeling different and misunderstood. That lived experience strengthens her ability to connect with others and advocate with empathy and authenticity.

Ashley’s passion for disability advocacy was deeply shaped by her great uncle, Irvin Stiens. Paralyzed on his right side from childhood Polio and walking with a limp, Irvin struggled to find work in post-Great Depression Cincinnati. After repeatedly returning to a prominent local business, Central Engraving, he was eventually hired as a delivery boy; more as a joke than a serious offer. Refusing to be underestimated, he worked his way up to become vice president of the company. In retirement, he dedicated himself to advocating for people with disabilities, a mission he passed down to Ashley.

As a parent to a son on the spectrum, Ashley is committed to building a more inclusive world; one where every person has the opportunity to thrive. She proudly calls herself a jack of all trades and graduate of the school of hard knocks; using her wide-ranging skillset and advocacy obsessed attitude to help others find independence, dignity, and self-determination.
